Grosvenor Crescent, Connel Grosvenor Crescent, Connel Grosvenor Crescent, Connel
This property is one of a group of detached homes built in the 1960’s on high ground within the village environs and within short walking distance of the general store/post office, railway station and ‘bus stop. It is set within an attractive private garden, for the most part moderately sloping and laid to grass with a variety of mature shrubs and plants. It is of traditional brick construction under a tiled pitched roof and has upvc double glazed replacement windows. Refurbishment and modernisation is required throughout. Partial central heating is from a solid fuel fire with back-boiler. The conventionally-formed full-height loft runs the whole length of the house, is partially floored and has considerable potential for conversion. Outside, there is a small brick garage in poor condition, the removal of which would enhance vehicular access. The house enjoys fine frontal views towards Connel Bridge and the Benderloch hills with glimpses of Loch Etive.
Bedrooms: 3
