Our fee structure is tailored to suit individual client requirements. A written fee proposal, together with our full terms of business, is provided at the outset in accordance with current regulations.

- True Independence - We do not offer financial services nor are we
owned by a financial institution or insurance company for whom the sale
of a commission-earning mortgage or insurance product to a purchaser
can be more important than achieving the best price for the seller.
Similarly, we are not part of a solicitors' firm and are therefore not
exposed to the possible conflicts of interest that can arise from, for
example, acting for both buyer and seller in the same transaction. Our
sole interest is to obtain the best result for our selling clients -
our own success depends on that.
In addition, our clients are guaranteed a standard of practice which
meets the strict rules and code of conduct of the National
Association of Estate Agents.
